Hello all.
Our first meeting of the 2019 Parish Council year is set for Tuesday March 19, 7:00 - 9:00 pm in the Denson Lounge, and will begin, as is our custom, with a short Eucharist service. (The meeting in January or February ends the 2018 Parish Council year.)
Note that the 3rd Tuesday of the month is the regular date for Parish Council meetings.
Attached are the agenda, minutes of the February Parish Council meeting and the new Capital Project Management Policy brought forward by the Property Committee.
Note also that we will be talking about the Stewardship Plan. Please bring with you the copy you received at the vestry meeting. I hope to have financial statements as well. If possible, I will circulate them on Monday.
Finally, you will see we are still looking for a secretary, so are asking for a note-taker for this meeting.
