PC meetings are open, but, if you have agreed to stand, you are especially invited to come to participate at this meeting.

This will be discussed at PC and then presented to Vestry. There were 34 thoughtful submissions from parishioners in response to the call for input last year. If Vestry approves, the plan is to have a further period of conversation up to the summer break.
The 2019 budget needs to be passed by PC before being presented to Vestry for final approval on Sunday 24th February. Marilyn Kertoy and Joel Hefty from the Finance Committee will be on hand to make the budget presentation and answer questions. There will also be a "narrative budget" available which describes in plain language what is done with the funds entrusted to the parish.
After the budget is passed by PC it will be circulated by email to all parishioners on that list, posted on the parish website and there will be hard copies at reception.
This will give you an opportunity to look at the budget before Vestry.
Copies of the 2018 reports to Vestry were available in church on Sunday, the 17th of February 2019. Please make sure to pick up your copy and look it over before Vestry.
