1.05 Parish Office Telephone Privacy Policy

This policy applies to people who answer the phone at St. John’s.

1. No details of parishioners, such as names or contact information, should be shared unless the enquirer is a known member of the parish with good reason to contact another parishioner.
2. If a persistent caller requests details, they should be referred to the rector.
