It is my conviction that whenever we feel a sense of awe, we are bearing witness to the presence of God. I moved into my apartment 14 years ago. When I first entered it, light filled the space from the setting sun and I discovered I had a front row seat to the wonder of the western sky.

This view has been a source of enchantment nearly everyday since. From winter to summer I witness the sun setting in the evening, and the moon setting in the morning.  I have so many photos of the skies I have been entranced by. That transition from day to night, light to dark, is a reminder of the magic of the ‘in between,’ the divinity of the liminal. I am so grateful to have this window into the glory of the Divine as part of my home life.
