Advent Hope - Art and Soul 7

This Painting is entitled 'Hope Floats' by artist Rukhsana Chowdhary - I haven't been able to find much about the artist, or the reason for the painting. There is a ten year old website to browse some of her art here, and a shop for purchasing art with a short profile here.
