The St. John's Court Society is a body formed from members of the Anglican Church of St. John the Divine set up to operate St. John's Court, a low cost seniors' housing enterprise. Financed by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the court was opened in 1975.

There are 18 one-bedroom units and a 2-bedroom suite for the caretaker.

A board of directors is elected each year by the Society members at an Annual General Meeting held in February.  The aims of the non-profit society include the care and comfort of the residents and the proper care of the property.
