Faith in Formation

Faith in Formation

Daily prayer, regular attendance at church, scripture reading and study, and the ongoing renewal of our liturgical practices are all part of how we equip the saints to be faithful disciples of Christ in the world.

At St. John the Divine, we invite you to join us as we explore and grow together.

Book Study Group

Focused on non-fiction books that challenege and inspire our faith journeys.

Contemplative Prayer Group

Encouraging a deepening of contemplative prayer based in the Christian Wisdom tradition and focusing on individual spirituality in the quest for greater knowledge of and experience with Christ, and the desire to live one’s life as closely as possible to how Christ would have us live it.

Family Ministries

At St. John’s we know that families come in all shapes and sizes. There are families we are born into, families that we choose, and families that choose us! All families are invited and all families are welcome!

St. John's Book Club

With books chosen by the members, the St. John's Book Club provides an informal format to share questions, opinions or reactions about the plot, characters, author or writing style.
