Sarah Belknap, Associate Priest

The Rev. Sarah Belknap has been a parish priest in the American Episcopal church for the past 22 years. Before that she was a psychiatric social worker. Most recently she was the rector of a church in San Pedro California in the Diocese of Los Angeles. She had significant ministries in the areas of congregational development, welcoming of newcomers, and outreach. She and her husband have a home on Saltspring Island.

Sarah will be responsible for much of the organizational and training ministries at St. John's. She will attempt to stimulate us to think about the way we function as a community and how we might be growing.
