As
a team and as individuals we commit to start on time, end on time and put
the right stuff in the middle.
All staff meetings and interactions are confidential.

We are individuals working together as a team, which means all team members
are responsible and accountable, accepting ownership of our work and leadership
in the parish.

We commit to sharing any information that will assist one another and the team in our work.
At all times we will communicate directly with one another, and not via a third party. (no triangulation!)
When we receive concerns from parishioners, we will encourage direct communication with the team member who is designated in his/her job description as responsible.
We will be clear with one another in our decision-making processes, taking care to distinguish between consultation and consensus.
We will work constructively through conflict as individuals and as a team.
When
we need help we will ask.
