Centering Prayer is a form of meditative prayer, rooted in the ancient Christian tradition of silence as a spiritual practice.
CHRISTOPHER PAGE is the rector of St. Philip's Anglican church in Victoria and the author of four books, most recently 'Spirit Life: Living the Fruit of God's Spirit'.
HEATHER PAGE is the past administrator of the Contemplative society and a certified presenter of Centering Prayer for 'Contemplative Outreach International'.
