Tod Inlet

A total of nine Diviners gathered on Wallace Drive, close to the road (Benvenuto) leading to Butchart Gardens. As we set out on the path it started to sprinkle with rain (long overdue). It is a fairly short walk in comparison to others that the group undertake throught the year, but a very pretty walk down through a beautiful wooded area to the edge of the waters of Tod Inlet. The rain steadily increased so that by the time we returned to the road we were truly soaked. No one complained because we were so glad to see at last the rain. After the walk we all retired to Brewsky's Pub in Brentwood where they do incredible hamburgers!! A wet but enjoyable outing.
