St. John's Court Society

The St. John's Court Society is a body formed from members of St. John's Church set up to operate St. John's Court, a low cost senior's housing enterprise. Financed by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the court was opened in 1975. There are 18 one-bedroom units and a 2-bedroom suite for the caretaker. A board of directors is elected each year at Vestry. The aims of the non-profit society include the care and comfort of the residents and the proper care of the property.
