The journey continues

When I first decided to go to Ask and Imagine, I had no idea what it was going to be like. I thought it was going to be fun, but I did not think it was possible to build an inclusive community in just two weeks like the one I was part of at Ask and Imagine.

Ask and Imagine is a programme that builds leadership skills in Anglican youth through inclusive community. This summer it was held at Huron University College in London, Ontario. We cooked all the meals together. We studied theology together. At Ask and Imagine, we had many activities that built our trust in each other. One of these activities was “adventure works.”

Adventure works is very much like rock climbing, but instead of climbing rocks, we climbed trees. This activity was really fun like the rest of Ask and Imagine.

I would definitely go again if I had the chance because this programme made learning about God and leadership enjoyable. Other high school students should go to Ask or Imagine because it is a great way to learn about leadership and God in the same two weeks.

Glory to God whose power, working in us, can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine.  Eph. 3:20
