Oftentimes hilarious, the weekend of Friday May 5 – 7 saw STJ learn from Archdeacon John Robertson and Lorna Somers of McMaster University on how mission and voluntarism fit into financial stewardship. Many new initiatives no doubt will be forthcoming - I had no idea that the Anglican Church has in place many financial options such as an annuity plan with tax benefits.
